Delivery Policy

After your payment has been cleared and received and your order is verified and agreed upon - in most cases we ship within 5 business days. We ship ALL orders after approval of payment, correct shipping address, telephone number etc.

Refund / Exchange / Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - due to the nature of the "Surplus" business.

However - if you have a major problem with your received order you have 72 hours to inform us about the problem. You must send us detailed picture(s) and email with the detailed description of the problem - for us to investigate. After our investigation - if the problem is legitimate - your account will be credited partially - according to our investigation. If for whatever reasons - you have to return the product after a dispute - PLEASE NOTE - re-stocking fees are 25% of the price you've paid plus all shipping cost back to senders address - it is your responsibility.

Guaranties

1 - We guarantee shipment of your order - including the tracking number and courier service provider.
