    1. Q - DO YOU PROVIDE DROPSHIPPING SERVICES?

    A. Yes.   We can drop ship your order with NO EXTRA CHARGE to the USA & Canada.



    2. Q - Are your products authentic?

    A - We buy from the most reputable suppliers: factory overrun / surplus / off-price merchandise and not direct from the Distribution Channels of any Brand name Co. whose products are posted in our web site catalogue.  Therefore we can not provide " Trade Mark Authorized Paperwork".

    3. Q - Can I place an order for pick up?

    A - Sorry, NO PICK- UP is available.

    4. Q - Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

    A - No.  A signature is required upon delivery. 

    5. Q - Can I return the products for a refund?

    A - Please check our Terms and Conditions re: Cancel / Returns / Refunds.
     


    6. Q - Where do I get a copy of my invoice?

    A - You can obtain a copy of your invoice by logging into your account on our website.  Invoices can be printed directly from your account.

    7. Q - Do you have a showroom?

    A - No.  www.DesignersDirectForYou.com is an online wholesale apparel company with storage facilities in different countries, but not open to vendors or public.

    8. Q - How do I get my tracking information?

    A - All information available at the present time is posted in your account where you can track your package.
     
    1 - Please log in to your account.
     
    2 - Click on review / track your orders.
     
    3 - Please write down  courier company (......  ) and tracking #_____
     
    4 - Click on TRACK YOUR PACKAGE ( blue letters ) - just under
        Order Status: Shipped
        It will take you to new page with all shipping companies.
        Find courier company (......  )
     
    5 - Click on (...... )  web site address.    It will take you to courier company web site.
     
    6 - On (...... )  web site:    enter data - your country and tracking #.
     
    IT WILL SHOW YOU STATUS OF YOUR ORDER. ( package arrived to departure destination).


    9. Q - I have a complaint. What can I do about it?

    A - Please send us an email with your order #, the product code # as per your order along with detailed pictures of the product you have received and are unsatisfied with.

    B - Also, please include a detailed explanation of your complaint for us to investigate accordingly.

     
    After we receive:
     
    A - detailed pictures of the product
    B - detailed email with your complaint
     
    We will investigate your complaint and respond to you accordingly.
    Do remember that without a detailed information and a picture, it is impossible for us to investigate on your behalf and hopefully resolve your complaint.


    10. Q - I would like a copy of your catalogue, can one be sent to me?

    A - No.  Our web site catalogue is the only catalogue available. Due to the fact we are an off-price, surplus trading company  - there is NO PRINTED catalogue available.
    Products arrive almost daily and are sold sometimes right away. It is impossible to print a catalogue.


    11. Q - Do I need business# or license to place an order?

    A - You do not need to have a business # / business name  or license to order from us. You can order on your name , delivered to your home address.



    12. Q - Can I purchase your products at wholesale prices?

    We are strictly "Wholesale".

    A - All products posted in our website catalogue are in WHOLESALE prices with shipping included to your door: Please read the product page of the product you wish to order to make sure that FREE SHIPPING to your door is included in the price according to the shipping description.



    13. Q - I use AOL, Hotmail or Yahoo...

    Please add info@designersdirectforyou.com and sales@designersdirectforyou.com to your email safe list to prevent emails sent to you from being "bounced" back to us. So you can be notified accordingly when we need to get in contact with you regarding details for your order (this is extremely important).

    14.Q - If I need any additional help what do I do?

    A - Feel free to contact us either via email sales@designersdirectforyou.com or call us Monday to Thursday between 10am-5pm EST and Friday between 9am to noon at 416-989-2343.

    15. Q - How long will it take to ship my order?

    A - We ship within a week or less. Once your order has shipped we will notify you of the name of the courier service provider and tracking # of your order. Estimated DELIVERy time 10-15 business days.

    16.Q - Can I cancel my order?

    A -  NO.

    As per our Terms and Conditions - You can cancel within 24 hours, however 25% re-stocking fee will apply.

    Once the order is placed and paid for - merchandises are automatically taken out of our inventory and considered Sold Out to the customer.

    On top of that - after order placed and paid for, our system automatically process products of the order to different warehouses of www.DesignersDirectForYou.com world-wide for shipping to customer's destination as per order instruction.



    17. Q - Will I have problems selling your products?

    A - All products are Factory Overruns, Surpluss of original orders.
     
    However, as we state in our website (please read Terms & Conditions) we do not provide Trade Mark Papers. Only the Brand Name Co. distribution channels can provide these papers. So we strongly reccomend to buy direct from Brand Name Co. official distribution channels and by doing so you can be 100% sure of quality / authenticity of any product PLUS you will get their  license to sell their products in your establishment.
